1. The administrator of personal data is the owner of the RoundsBoard platform – Konrad Hałas (halas.konrad@gmail.com).
2. Registering for any tournament via the platform constitutes consent to the processing of personal data.
3. Data is processed exclusively for the purposes of organizing the given tournament and only for the time necessary to achieve this purpose.
4. By registering, the player also agrees to the public display of their name, surname, rank, club, country, and EGD profile on the list of registered players.
5. The player has the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data by contacting the administrator via the email provided above.
6. Tournament organizers have access to the data related to their specific tournament.
7. The platform owner is not responsible for how the tournament organizers use the data or for the content published on individual tournament pages.
8. The platform applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. The owner of the platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes through the website.
10. The platform may use cookies to improve user experience. By using the site, the user agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the site's policy.
11. By registering for a tournament, the user confirms they are at least 16 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

Poniżej znajduje się regulamin korzystania z serwisu RoundsBoard – zapoznaj się z nim przed rozpoczęciem korzystania z platformy.

1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest właściciel platformy RoundsBoard – Konrad Hałas (halas.konrad@gmail.com).
2. Rejestracja na dowolny turniej za pośrednictwem platformy jest równoznaczna z wyrażeniem zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych.
3. Dane są przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu organizacji danego turnieju i przez okres niezbędny do realizacji tego celu.
4. Rejestracja oznacza również zgodę na publiczne wyświetlanie takich danych jak imię, nazwisko, ranking, klub, kraj oraz profil EGD na liście zapisanych graczy.
5. Gracz ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych, ich poprawiania oraz usunięcia – kontakt możliwy jest za pośrednictwem powyższego adresu e-mail.
6. Organizatorzy turniejów mają dostęp do danych związanych wyłącznie z ich turniejem.
7. Właściciel platformy nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za sposób wykorzystania danych przez organizatorów ani za treści publikowane na stronach poszczególnych turniejów.
8. Platforma stosuje rozsądne środki techniczne i organizacyjne w celu ochrony danych osobowych, jednak nie może zagwarantować ich pełnego bezpieczeństwa.
9. Właściciel platformy zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu w dowolnym momencie. O istotnych zmianach użytkownicy będą informowani za pośrednictwem strony internetowej.
10. Platforma może wykorzystywać pliki cookie w celu poprawy komfortu korzystania z serwisu. Korzystanie z platformy oznacza zgodę na ich użycie zgodnie z obowiązującą polityką.
