Rules

  1. The use of electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) during the game is prohibited.
  2. The player who wins the game should immediately write down the result in the designated place.
  3. A player who is more than 15 minutes late for the game loses the game.
  4. By registering for the tournament, the player agrees to the publication of their name, surname, club/city, country, EGD profile and ranking on the list of tournament participants.
  5. The player taking part in the tournament agrees to the recording of their image (photos, videos) and its subsequent use by the tournament organizer (website, social media profiles, etc.).
  6. The player will follow the rules of sports competition and ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere for all tournament participants with their behavior.
  7. The PSG Tournament Rules apply (which are mostly the same as the EGF Rules).
  8. The Rules for participation in Go Tournaments organized in Poland apply - Polish players with a ranking of GoR=1050 or higher (with exceptions) must be PSG members to participate in the tournament. Other players must meet the relevant requirements of their respective federations.

Information regarding data processing

  1. Please be advised that the Personal Data Controller is Tomasz Dec (tomaszdec91@gmail.com).
  2. By registering and participating in the tournament, you consent to the processing of your personal data and the publication of your image on social media (pursuant to Article 6, Section 1, Letter a of the GDPR).
  3. The purpose of personal data processing is to organize and promote this tournament.
  4. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the organizational and promotional objectives of the tournament.
  5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify or erase it (details in Article 17), restrict its processing (details in Article 18), the right to data portability (details in Article 20), the right to object (details in Article 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  6. Providing your personal data is mandatory under applicable law. Failure to provide personal data will result in your inability to participate in the tournament. Data processing does not involve profiling.
