Rules

Tournament Rules.

  1. The use of electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) during the game is prohibited.
  2. A player who has won a game should immediately record the result in the designated place.
  3. A player who is more than 15 minutes late for a game loses the game.
  4. A player, by registering for a tournament, agrees that his/her name, club/city, country, EGD profile and ranking may be made public on the list of tournament participants.
  5. By registering for the tournament, the player gives permission for their image (photos, video) to be recorded and subsequently used by the tournament organiser (website, social media profiles, etc.).
  6. The player agrees to ensure a friendly, safe and welcoming atmosphere for all by their behaviour.
  7. The PSG Tournament Rules apply .
  8. The Rules of Participation in Go Tournaments Organised in Poland apply - Polish players with a ranking of GoR=1050 and above must be members of the PSG to participate in the tournament.

Information related to data processing.

  1. We would like to inform you that the Administrator of your personal data is the Klub Go nad Odrą.
  2. Registration and participation in the tournament is tantamount to consent to the processing of your personal data and publication of your image in social media (Based on Article 6.1.a RODO)
  3. The purpose of the processing of personal data is the organisation and promotion of the tournament.
  4. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the organisational and promotional purposes of the tournament.
  5. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure (details in art.17), restriction of processing (details in art.18), the right to data portability (details in art.20), the right to object (details in art.21), the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  6. Your provision of personal data is mandatory by law and the consequence of not providing personal data will be that you will not be able to participate in the tournament. Data processing is not based on profiling.
