The Warsaw Go League is back with its 8th season!

The aim of our initiative is to give our club members an opportunity to play regular ranked games, reported to the EGD. It is also an ideal opportunity for beginners to take their first steps in playing serious games with a time limit.

The Warsaw Go League referee is Konrad Hałas.

Rules

A Warsaw Go League season consists of 5 rounds in the McMahon system. Each round normally lasts 2 weeks (rounds III and V are extended, see the schedule for details). Games are even and played with a time control of 45min+15s (Fischer). Games must be played in person, preferably during club meetings: on Mondays at Teatr Studio or on Wednesdays at the Warsaw University Library (BUW). Before arranging a game, please check the club calendar to make sure the meeting is taking place.

Please read the full version of the rules.
