The Warsaw Go Club is proud to invite all players to the XLIV Warsaw Go Tournament, which will take place on 22 and 23 June 2024 at the AKTYWNA WARSZAWA Sports Centre "Szczęśliwice Centre". This legendary tournament returns to the goist calendar after a short break - this will be its 44th edition.

Players of all levels are welcome - if you are a beginner or do not know the rules of Go at all, we encourage you to visit us beforehand during one of the Thursday meetings of the Warsaw Go Club. We will be happy to teach you the rules, basic game techniques and prepare you for the tournament.

Prizes

• 1st place: 1000 PLN
• 2nd place: 500 PLN
• 3rd place: 250 PLN
• 4-5 wins - books/go equipment/lessons etc (1000 PLN)

Prizes for 4 or 5 wins will be awarded to the first 10 players at most, starting from the highest places on the final tournament list and do not apply to players from places I-III.

Registration fee

The entry fee for the tournament is 80 PLN.

The following discounts are available:

• PSG members / active WKG patrons: -20 PLN
• player up to 15k: -10 PLN
• player under 18 years: -10 PLN

The discounts add up with each other.
