Turnament rules

  1. Using electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) during the game is prohibited.
  2. The player who has won the game should promptly record its result in the designated space.
  3. If a player is more than 20 minutes late, they lose the game.
  4. By registering for the tournament, the player agrees to the public disclosure of their first and last name, club/city, country, EGD profile, and ranking on the list of tournament participants.
  5. A player participating in the tournament consents to the recording of their image (photos, videos) and its subsequent use by the tournament organizer (website, social media profiles, etc.).
  6. The player commits to ensuring a friendly, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone through their behavior.
  7. ThePSG Tournament Rules , (apply, which are almost the same as the EGF Rules).
  8. The Rules of Participation in Go Tournaments Organised in Poland apply - Polish players with a ranking of GoR=1050 and above must be members of the PSG to participate in the tournament. 9 Draw breakers: MMS, SOS, SOSOS, DC, higher ranking on the day of the tournament, shuffle.

General Data Protection Regulation

  1. We inform, that administrator of your personal data is Jakub Gauza (marmezz@gmail.com).
  2. Registration and participation in tournament is equal to accepting processing of your personal data and accepting publishing of your images on social media (article 6.1 GDPR)
  3. The goal of personal data processing is organisation and promotion of this tournament.
  4. Personal data will be processed for a period necessary to organise and promote tournament.
  5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete (details in art.17), limit processing (details in art.18), the right to transfer data (details in art.20), the right to object (details in art.21), the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  6. Providing your personal data is mandatory under the law, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the tournament.
  7. Data processing is not used for profiling.
