The Polish Junior Go Championship is one of the most important annual events in the world of Polish go. Everyone up to 21 years of age, regardless of their strength, can take part in them (the requirement is, however, Polish citizenship or a permanent residence card). Although there is fierce competition including a lot of emotions, there is always a nice and friendly atmosphere here. Not everyone wins everything, but everyone gets rewarded. Certainly, these are unforgettable moments for the participants, and even more so for the parents who support them.
